Addison is a native Texan and lives, eats, and breathes everything “Texas”. 

Growing up in a ranching and real estate family, Addison was taught the business of real estate and livestock from a very young age. 

His father raised Hereford cattle and was a ranch land developer.  Addison’s father bought and sold ranches all across central Texas from Glen Rose to San Angelo and all in between. This gave Addison a front row seat to real estate, real estate development, and how to manage land and livestock. 

Addison later attended Tarleton State University where he played football and majored in business. 

After college, Addison went to work for one of the largest wholesale investment real estate brokerages in the USA.  There he was top sales agent his first year with the company and later promoted to General manager then Regional Manger within just 7 years.  

Addison successfully completed over 600 transactions during his time there.

Even though Addison was having great success with the company, he knew where his heart was....farms and ranches. 

So in 2019, Addison joined Purselley Ranch & Residential to go back to his roots. 

The knowledge Addison gained at a young age about ranching, livestock, and ranch developments plus his years in the investment real estate sector, has given Addison an abundance of first hand knowledge that would be hard to find anywhere else.  

Addison, his wife Abby, and their son Beau Brady live in Grandview, TX. 

When he’s not selling real estate, Addison can usually be found on the back of a horse at Blanks Land & Cattle Co., where they background cattle and manage cow-calf operations.
